FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Consultant to support pig producers and swine veterinarians.This is a full-time permanent role with nationwide travel required.
My client is keen to support career progression and you will receive excellent on-going training. You will join an established team and become an integral part of thebusiness. This is a newly created role to meet the growing demands of the business.
You will be calling to key pig producersnationwide. It will be your responsibility to drive product awareness at farm level which will require someone with a strong commercial acumen.
Ideally you will have practical experience of working in the pig industry and have previous sales experience.
* Develop business relationships with the Veterinary trade.
* Call on farm to pig producers to identify their needs andprovide solutions.
* To help develop new products in conjunction with the technical team.
* Identify, build and maintain relationships with key sector leaders.
* Analyse customer problems and propose effective, practical solutions
* Identify and plan improvements for our customer.
Candidate profile
* Previous practical experience of working with pigs.
* Previous sales experience a distinctive advantage.
* 3rd level degree in Agriculture
* Living in Munster
