Digital Senior Account Manager - London

I are currently working with a fantastic company with attractive offices in Central London looking for a creative and ambitious digital communications professional to join their expanding team.As a Senior Account Manager your main responsibility will be to allocate tasks to junior and senior members of the team , and ensure an excellent and precise delivery of the work.
Digital Comms skills
*Optimising and reviewing performance of social and digital marketing campaigns
*Planning, implementing and reporting on social and digital marketing campaigns and pro-grammes;
*Working closely with clients, building and maintaining strong business relationships with them, as well as with influencers, third parties, key media;
*Developing a deep understanding of issues management, including working on the infor-mation cascade and strategic materials such as reactive statements, Q&As, key messages.
*Supporting the development of plans for client work with other team members;
*Communicating any developments, deadlines, priorities with the team members and key seniorstaff;
*Reviewing the work of the team and providing constructive feedback;
*Keeping track of the market trends for the markets in which clients operate;
Client service and satisfaction
*Making sure the day-to-day implementation of client programmesand events runs suc-cessfully;
*Keeping in regular contact with clients and team members to incorporate feedback;
*Understanding the importance of client feedback through building broader under-standing of the client relationship;
*Keeping the seniorstaff aware of any opportunities to improve future campaigns;
*Holding annual client reviews to ensure continuous improvementto client service;
Commercial and financial management
*Delivering programme budgets, including budget summaries, proposalsheets and budget breakdowns;
*Monitoring the budget management and providing accurate forecasts to help with future planning and the meeting of targets for each campaign;
*Exploring new opportunities for possible additional projects with clients;
Business Development
*Focusing on identifying new business prospects, exploring new opportunities with current and former clients;
*Developing new business pitches;
* Contributing to the updating and development of credentials materials and case studies;*Engaging the junior team members in the business development activities such as re-search, client interaction; presentations;To find out more about this excellent opportunity apply today.
