As a Graduate PR Account Executive you will be at the heart of the team , supporting your colleagues- helping with both client accounts and administrative work, and will therefore be exposed to rapid levels of professional development and responsibility.
The Company:
The Graduate PR Account Executive would be joining an exciting and fast paced working environment, working with clients from all over Europe, Asia and America. They are based in attractive offices in Central London and pride themselves with the lively and creative working atmosphere.
The Graduate PR Account Executive role:
-Negotiating andliaising with suppliers;
-Writing and producing sales and marketing materials to a high standard;
-Processing supplier invoices ;
-Undertaking research for new business pitches;
-Supporting the team on sourcing visuals (pictures, videos, etc.)
-Undertaking administrative tasks: updating clients status reports, monitoring media and providing reports, booking rooms, attending meetings and taking notes, formatting of documents, etc.)
The Ideal Graduate for the Graduate PR Account Executive role:- You must be on track to receive or have received a degree in Life Sciences or PR;
- You must possess great organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, accurate spelling and good grammar, confident phone manner and a team player;
