Are you seeking a new role in 20222? FRS Recruitment is now inviting applications for the role of 'Head of CommercialDesign' on behalf of a leading Irish Agri media business. Indeed, this is a full time perm role and based in Dublin.
You will lead a commercial design and production team that has the resources, skill set and capacity to meet the evolving needs of ourclient; with a core focus on its 'multiple brands' marketing events & new business functions as they emerge.
The Role· Develop and design excellent print and digital assets with the goal of continuously raising the level of creative.
· Managedirect reports and, as necessary, recruit, train, mentor and develop the team including performance management, time & attendance management etc.
· Coordinate the print production & design function of weekly/monthly print and digital publications.
· Coordinate, contribute and design new digital and print campaigns for customers.
· Coordinate and contribute to theconcept creation, design and delivery of marketing needs for events and all marketing requirements including merchandise, promotional material, etc.
· Work with commercial management team to create and implement new initiatives that fit within our client's strategy
The Person
· Third-level qualification in graphic design or similar
· 5 years+ experience leading a design team in the media industry
· Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
· Ability to design high-quality adverts for both print and digital platforms
· Ability to work to strict deadlines
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
· Team management experience
