Description:
My client is searching for a Head Of Film to join their innovative,creative and fast paced events and communication agency in Surrey. They are recognised as one of the leading agencies in the events industry and they have a fantastic range of diverse, developed and established clients. Due to company expansion, they havecreated this fantastic role for a Head of Film to oversee their inspiring Film team. This role is fast paced, and hands on whereyou will be expected to be the key point of contact for the team and new or existing clients.
The Job:
*Manage and oversee the creative post-production of videos (offline and online editing, motion graphics, asset delivery, subtitling, tech check & QC)
*Accurately archive existing video assets
*Create archiving standards for future use, such as naming conventions andfile size
*An aspect of account management will be included to help liaise with new and existing clients
*Help develop content for global projects and work alongside the production team
*Ability to work and be creative with all team managers
Experience required:
*Experience in working in a like for like role
*Experience in working with CGI, Animation, Motion Graphics,Film & Video Production, Editing & Producing, Script writing and story board interpretation
*A confident speaker
*Entrepreneurial attitude - a 'can do' attitude!
*Client relationship and management experience
*Experience of working in a live environment
*Ability to work under pressure, handle the heat and cope with last minute changes
The Package:
*A generous salary in the region of £45,000 - £50,000 pa
*25 days holiday
