CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - AUTOMOTIVE
COLD MEECE, STAFFORDSHIRE
£18,000 + BONUS
Get Recruited are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Client's experienced Client Services Team. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining abusy, varied team and will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact whilst updating records.

THE ROLE
* As the CustomerService Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries
* Act as a key player in the vehicle estimates in order to ensure a smooth operational process
* Process the upgrade and downgrade of vehicles in accordance with customer requirements
* Liaise with partners in order to establish the best routes of repair
* Monitor vendor quotes and ensureaccurate pricing
* Maintenance of accurate customer reports and information
* Monitor vehicles within the repair environment and ensure they are processed quickly and to required standard adhering to stock age profiles
* Monitor outstanding queriesand take relevant action
* Administrative support and ad hoc duties as require
* Maintaining a tidy and professional workingenvironment, with a special emphasis on health and safety and ISO
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within a customer service, client coordinator, client solutions, account manager, telesales, sales, administrator role is essential
* Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential
* Experience communicating with customers, via telephone and email in a professional and proficient manner
* Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* A positive and amenablecharacter in challenging situations
* An excellent team player but also able to use initiative and work alone
* Experiencein Transport planning desirable
* Knowledge of Navision would be advantageous but not essential
