German Swiss Speaking Dealer Automotive Consultant (Warranty Assistance)
This Global Automotive Household name company has a fantastic reputation for world class innovation and customer service.They are looking for the Dealer Support Consultants to give the red-carpet treatment to their customers and to liaise with maindealers who are keen to join their Industry leading team based in Luton
The Successful Candidate will be Responsible for providing Warranty assistance and approval support to the Automotive Dealer network. You will also help Investigate the Dealer's request for support, carry out research as required using OV databases, own experience and escalate as required in order to providethe Dealer with the information to resolve the request.
