My client based in Carmarthenshire who work within the automotive sector are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their successful organisation.
Some of the things you will be responsible for are:
·Process planning, process design and optimizations
·Workingin accordance with company procedures for new model introduction
·Developing manufacturing plans for new equipment and equipment modifications
·Preparing RFQQ's for new products and processes on site
·Promote and operate Lean principles in all aspects of day to day activities whilst respecting the strict guidelines of IA16949
·Adapting and improving manufacturing footprint
The ideal candidate will have:
A track record of LEAN activities
·Strong problem solving and project management skills
·Thorough management skills with proven track record
·Computer literate
