VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR
COLD MEECE, STAFFORDSHIRE
£18,000 + BONUS
MONDAY TO FRIDAY (SOCIABLE HOURS)
Get Recruited are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to join our Client's experienced team. As the Vehicle Administrator,you will be joining a busy, varied team and will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact whilst updating records.

THE ROLE
* As the Vehicle Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for all customerenquiries
* Act as a key player in the vehicle estimates in order to ensure a smooth operational process
* Process the upgrade and downgrade of vehicles in accordance with customer requirements
* Liaise with partners in order to establish the best routes of repair
* Monitor vendor quotes and ensure accurate pricing
* Maintenance of accurate customer reports and information
* Monitor vehicles within the repair environment and ensure they are processed quickly and to required standard adhering tostock age profiles
* Monitor outstanding queries and take relevant action
* Administrative support and ad hoc duties as require
* Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health and safety and ISO
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within a vehicle administrator, customer service, client coordinator, client solutions,account manager, telesales, sales, administrator role is essential
* Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential
* Experience communicating with customers, via telephone and email in a professional and proficient manner
* Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* A positive and amenable character in challenging situations
* An excellentteam player but also able to use initiative and work alone
* Experience in Transport planning desirable
* Knowledge of Navision would be advantageous but not essential
