Breakfast Chef
Our client is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our clients beautiful Hotel in Bath.
They are looking for a responsible person that can work on their own or with others. Someone that can work well, even when the pressure is on. You will be working both on your own and have support from other chefs during busy periods.
You will be cooking and prepping breakfast items such as a full English and its variations. Prepping and presenting breakfast items such as fresh fruit, Homemade muesli, cereal garnishes.
They do a plated hot breakfast and cold buffet service. With numbers being 40 with 60 being the most, but youll have support.
The Breakfast chef will managing the day-to-day opening of the kitchen. For instance, Morning fridge temperatures, putting away deliveries any prep that may need to get on early for the other chefs. keeping an eye on breakfast items in terms of ordering. Prepping for the following morning. After that, you will join in on prep for lunch time and a bit of service or prepping and delivering function lunches
This would suit an experienced chef de partie with 2-3 years’ experience or a seasoned chef looking for daytime hours and have the evenings for hobbies, family or other work.
