HR COORDINATOR
CENTRAL LONDON
UP TO £28,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently recruiting for a Global Services business located in Central London. Due to increased demand, they arelooking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, award-winning andwell-established business who are going through an exciting period of growth. The role will involve working alongside the HR Managers within the UK and France to ensure the smooth running of the HR function.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Providing HR Support& Guidance to the Management team
* Preparing weekly reports to the Executive team with regards to ongoing matters, new issues and general insight to departmental progress
* Working closely with the finance team to answer and resolve payroll queries from employees
* Updating & maintaining Excel spreadsheets, adding new formulas and ensuring the accuracy of the document
* Communicating with line managers with regards to recruitment matters or HR queries
* Working under pressure to meet timesensitive deadlines
* Maintaining all HR records and confidentiality at times
* General HR admin
THE PERSON:
* Previous HR experience within a commercial business environment
* CIPD qualification not essential but a significant advantage
*Bilingual in English and French is desirable
* Experience within Hospitality / Hotel / Serviced Apartments is desirable
* Computer literate with MS Office with good knowledge of MS Excel
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate atall levels
