The Company:
Get Recruited are currently supporting a luxury hotel, spa and conference centre in the Towcester. They are currently looking for a hungry and drivenInbound Sales Executive, to join their busy team. Responding to a range of enquiries, including corporate parties and events aswell as conferences and exhibitions, this role is perfect for an experienced sales executive with experience in the hospitalityindustry.
Inbound Sales Executive Responsibilities:
* 100% inbound calls
* Ensure that all sales enquiries are dealt with promptly
* Identify opportunities to maximise sales and upsell
* In-depth knowledge of facilities and offering
* Proactively chase provisional bookings by phone
* To develop a good relationship with clients to maximise repeat business
* Meet with customers for site inspections
* Manage the central sales inbox, delegating workload to the team and managing time* Report on prospect business concentrating on key bookings and need months
* Achieve targets and objectives set by the Conference and Events Team Manager
Inbound Sales Executive Skills and Experience:
* Previous office sales experience required
* Ideally have experience within the hospitality sector
* A keen attitude to go beyond expectations and deliver exceptional customer service
* Ability to work in a pressurised sales environment with good problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure all information is accurately entered into the system
