The Company
Work for one of Wales leading restaurants situated in Pembrokeshire. The restaurant has won numerous awards, has an outstanding Head Chef and boasts a stunning coastal location too.The business has a strong family philosophy and a highly experienced award winning team driving for the highest standards of food and service.
The Position
You will lead the front of house team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant andexceptional customer experiences.
Currently working a set 5 day week which will revert to 4 days from Jan 2022.
Applications are welcome from Top local Restaurant managers looking for their next challenge or applicants keen to live and work in glorious Pembrokeshire, South Wales. The company offer assistance in finding suitable accommodation in the area.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the following experience skills and attributes:
* Significant experience in a fine dining / superior restaurant
* Dedicated and ambitious
* Natural confidence and first-class interpersonal skills
* Solid leadership skills and experience
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Work well under pressure
* Good problem solvingskills
* A good mixture of professional and friendly approach to staff and customers
