The Role
We are currently looking for 3 senior waiting staff to work in 2 first class restaurants who are part of a prestigious group.
* Senior Waiter / Waitress
* Chef de Rang X2
This positions will suit experienced senior waiting staff who are comfortable working in a fine dining environment. You will work as part of the front of house team providing exceptional customer service and professionalism in your work. The position has a set 5 day working week offering a good work / life balance.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will have the following:
* A clear passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Sound experience in top class restaurants
* Knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails
* Bewell organised with good attention to detail
* A genuine and sincere nature
* Smart presentation and a friendly, professional personality
* A resilient nature and ability to work under pressure
* A strong team work ethic
