TRAVEL ADMINISTRATOR
MANCHESTER
UP TO £21,000 BASIC + £25,000 OTE (UNCAPPED) + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to growth of the business I am currently recruiting for my client based in Manchester for a Travel Consultant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Take and convert enquiries from prospective clients
* Provide and follow up quotations for group and individual bookings
* Book hotels and services on behalf of clients
* Maintain anaccurate record of all bookings and client communication
* Send clients all relevant documentation prior to travel
* Send sales invoices and thorough confirmations
* Create and issue travel itineraries

BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT - THE PERSON:
* Minimum 1-year experience within Customer Service or Call Centre
* Minimum 1-year experience of working within a Travel/Hospitality background
* Strong data entry skills and customer service skills
* Computer literate with MS office - Word,Excel & Outlook
BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT PACKAGE - ABOUT THE BENEFITS:
* Up to £21,000 Basic salary
* Uncapped Bonus
* Pension
* Monday to Friday hours
