THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is recruiting for anexperienced Wine Education & Development Manager for a well-established, award winning business. As the Wine Education & Development Manager you will be responsible for the growth of that area of the business and driving it's performance. You willalso drive the WSET performance of colleagues internally and of customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Working alongside the Wine Director
* Ensuring the continuous development of the wine department of the business
* Providing Level1 and 2 WSET education to customers and staff
* Effectively using wine sampling
* Offering ongoing support and advice to the sales team
* Creating and developing customer wine list proposals
* Organising tastings and other events
THE PERSON
* Educated to WSETDiploma level
* Previous experience within a similar role in the Wine and Alcohol industry
* Excellent commercial awareness* Able to work creatively as part of a small team
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven experience within sales
