Calling all Social Care Workers! Are you looking for a New, Exciting, Permanent Social Care opportunity within a leading Residential Service that works primarily with people with intellectual disabilities?
Would you like to work with residents to help them reach their full potential? This organization acknowledges each resident's right to equality and self-determination and consistently encourages each resident to be involved in decision's regarding their care.
In this unique role, you will work closely with residents, assisting them with day to day activities and social interactions. You will be an advocate for each resident - helping them set out what goals they want to achieve and helpingthem work towards those goals.
What we need from you:
* Third Level Qualification in Social Care or similar (Level 7 & upwards).
* Recent experience working with Intellectual Disability Service Users (Desirable).
* Open to working shift patterns and sleepovers as required.
* Full clean driving licence
