Panoramic Care are currentlyworking with an established provider of adult social care, who are looking for a Regional Manager to cover the Yorkshire regions.
They are looking for someone who has good experience in managing multiple homes and that has a good track record of goodleadership and management skills. This individual would have worked with elderly service users with a clear passion for the sector.
My client would also consider strong Registered Managers who have an outstanding track record and are looking for a stepup.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Multi Site Management of Residential or Nursing Homes
* Good Track Record of Managing Services
* CQC Compliance and Safeguarding Knowledge
* NVQ Level 5 or Equivalent
