Panoramic Care arecurrently working with a valued client who are looking for a Business Manager who will also be a Registered Manager for one of my clients flagship homes in Somerset. My client provide nursing and residential care to elderly service users.
They are looking for someone who is commercially minded with an excellent track record with the CQC. The Business Manager will have experiencein managing large homes and have an excellent understanding of maintaining good results and providing outstanding care. They will also report to and work alongside the Head of Nursing Operations.
This in an excellent opportunity to work within a care organisation that consistently maintain good results within their provisions and that have a genuine focus on care for their residents. They are focused on recruiting the right individuals for their provisions that will reflect their passion for care. Thisis also an opportunity to progress into a more senior role quickly and will involve some Quality Management also.
