Description:
First City Nursing and Care are lookingfor an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team.
As an outstanding domiciliary care provider leading the way in person-centred care, we require someone who can bring pro-activity and confidence to the rostering of a care team.
The successful candidate will need to:
* Maintain integrity when dealing with confidential matters
* Provide supervisory support and instruction to care staff
* Adhere to company policies
* Approach clients with understanding and empathy, remembering that each client is to be treated as an individual
* Work as part of a team that revolves around person-centred care and support
Therole involves:
* Performing rostering duties to a highly standard of accuracy
* Supervising carers, ensuring they are fully aware and compliant with company policies and procedures
* Maintaining office and staff records, making sure they are up todate and all staff are adequately trained to undertake their role
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a professional and proactive manner
* On call duties during evenings and some weekends
The role is 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday,based within our head office in Cheney Manor.
