Panoramic Care are working with a Children's Residential Home based in Stevenage who have had an exciting opportunity come up for a Residential Support worker to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide a supportive and nurturing delivery of residential childcare, while upholding the highest levels of child safeguarding of all young people in your care. You must lead by example and contribute to the social and education development of every young person.
You will need to have a Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Residential Childcare. No other experience is necessary, it is however desired.
Experience:* Driving license desirable
* Experience in Residential Childcare as an RSW
* Level 3 Children's Residential Care or equivalent
