Panoramic Care are proud to be working with a highly regarded, specialist care provider who are looking for a clinically astute manager to join their team as a Specialist Clinical Lead.
The company have a unique model of care and provide bespoke, nurse-led packages designed to support individuals in the community. Your role will be to provide comprehensive and detailed assessments and clinical insight and manage a team of community practitioners.The service takes an innovative approach to providing holistic support packages to those moving away from inpatient settingsand back into the community.

To be considered for the role you must havean active registration as an RMN or RNLD, experience of management responsibilities and be passionate about delivering and developing quality care services that are truly centred around the individual.
