Panoramic Care are currently working with a fantasticcare provider who have a requirement for an experienced Clinical Lead to join their team in the Lincolnshire area.
Thecompany have a unique model of care and provide bespoke, nurse-led packages designed to support individuals in the community. Your role will be to provide comprehensive and detailed assessments and clinical insight and manage a team of community practitioners.
The service takes an innovative approach to providing holistic support packages to those moving away from inpatient settings and back into the community.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:
* An active registration as an RMN or RNLD
* Experience of management responsibilities
* Experience asa specialist Clinical Lead
* Passion for providing high quality care
