Community home carer's work with our customers to support and encourage independence. Helping customers to achieve their goals or wishes, whether this be to make a cup of tea unaided, becoming more mobileor supporting their end of life requests. First City support each individual with how they choose to live their own life.Every customer has a person centered support plan which could include personal care, incontinence care, medication administering, meal preparation, light domestic duties and other elements to support the person's day to day living.
The successful candidate will be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including mornings starting at 7am, evenings and some weekend commitment.In return First City offer
