The Role of a Community Outcome Support Worker:
A Driving Licence is essential for this position,
Part Time and Full Hours available, including weekends.
Therole involves supporting individuals in your local community with their independence, dignity and quality of life being of thehighest importance. Responsibilities include; personal care, meal preparation, medication and other duties outlined within theirpersonal care plan.
