First CityRecruitment Solutions are seeking professional Learning Disability Support Workers to support a fixed term 12 week contract based in Swindon.
As a Community Support Worker, you will require have a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Your shift pattern will be 30 hours over 7 days, which will include shifts covering early's, lates, nights, alternative weekends and bank holidays. Your role will include delivering person centered care to the Service Users, supporting them to accessthe community and activities of their choice.
Community Support Workers work with Service Users in their own homes to supportService Users with every aspect of their day to day lives. This includes personal care, administering medication, preparing meals, housekeeping, finances, attending health appointments and supporting with activities.
Your shift pattern will be 30 hoursover 7 days, which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Candidates must have a minimum of one years experience working with Learning Disabilities.
