I am currently supporting an Well-Repsted Adult Social Care provider who is looking for a Registered Manager to join their service in Bournemouth.
This position is open to a Registered Manager who has experience working within a residential setting with elderly people who have dementia, the home has been rated good by CQC, so you will be joining an already well run home.
the Registered Manager will need to have excellent Management and Leadership skills and understand how to lead a large elderly care home. The Registered Manager will also have good CQC Compliance and Quality Assurance experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to workwith a provider that is very sought after to work for, they have high standards in all of their homes and are looking for a manager who is up to the challenge of maintaining these standards.
