Panoramic Care are currently working with a luxury provider of Elderly Care who are currently seeking a Deputy Manager for their medium sized care home.
The Deputy Manager will have a good track record of good CQC outcomes and have excellent management and leadership skills. The Registered Manager will also have managed medium to large size provisions and have knowledge of working with the elderly and dementia population with a clear passion.
The Deputy Manager will have be a Registered Nurse withall competencies signed off, they will also be in charge of the clinical staff within the home. The Deputy Manager will also beresponsible for the clinical audits within the home.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
