I'm excited to be representing my client, a well established UK Healthcare Provider, with this new role. You will be the Deputy Manager of a small residential home for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Deputy Manager, you will be making your mark on the home, the team and those under your care. You will receive a salary of £35,000 plus great benefits and opportunities to progress your career further.
In the role, you will ensure that daily operational performance is sound within the home. You will report to the Home Manager, ensuring that all managerial tasks outside of their remit are taken care of to the highest degree.You will be well-versed in CQC standards, have a strong form of leadership and deliver bespoke and authentic care to all thosearound you.
What qualifications must you hold?
* Learning disability and mental health experience is essential
* Experience in a social care setting
* Previous management experience at a similar level
