Panoramic Care are pleased to be working with a highly reputable care home provider who are looking for a Deputy Manager for their nursing home in Bristol.
This is a rare chance to work at a lovely location that has something really quite special about it. The role itself is a Deputy Care Home Manager looking after 1 of the home's units. Theyare looking for someone who has previously been a registered nurse and can demonstrate experience of additional responsibilities.
The residents will be at the very heart of the service you provide as well as managing staff and controlling budgets.Responsibilities include:
* Delivering high quality services to residents
* Support the Care Home Manager
* Deputise in the Care Home Managers absence
* Monitor and maintain up to date care plans
