Care Assistants are responsible for ensuring the clients are well-cared for and enabling them to live full and enriched lives. From providing personal care through to life-enhancing activities, the person-centred care you provide has a big impact on our clients. Delivering high standards of personalised care to clients whilst ensuring that at all times clients are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual's rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. Long shifts available with enhanced rates of pay for those that hold a level 2/3Health and Social Care qualification.
