Description:
For this position you must have worked in a similar role before and have experience of helping customers to reach their full potential. Holding level 2 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent.Experience in supporting people using Positive Behavioural Support, and skills in the use of Makaton would be desirable.
Working on a rota covering various shift patterns which could include days, evenings, weekends, bankholidays and waking nights. You may also be required to do sleep ins or be on call.
Additional Sleep-in and On-Call enhancements.
Drivers licence with access to a vehicle is preferable as during the transition period there will be a degree of travelbetween the two homes to help the customer settle into the new home based in Calne.
