Description:
You must have an excellent working knowledge and experience in CQCRegulated services. It's important that you have worked at a Senior Support Worker level before, with experience of leading support for people with complex needs, including those with significant behaviours that are challenging.
Holding a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent, with a great understanding and passion for promoting independence and socialinclusion through person centred support.
The support team will work 24/7 to meet the customers needs, so you'll need take your turn with your team working on a rota which could include working days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and waking nights.You may also be required to do sleep ins or be on call in which an enhancement will be paid.
Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours + excellent benefit package
Sleep-In and On Call enhancements paid, 25 days annual leave (on top of bank holidays) is given as standard, rising a day a year up to 30 days. With the option to buy up to five days extra days leave.
There maybe an oppurtinity of going to another location in the UK for further training
