Panoramic Care are supportingan expanding Children's Care Provider in hiring a Head of Care to aid in the opening/running a new provision. The 10 bed home houses children with severe Autism and Complex Needs, with plans to gradually fill to capacity over time.
An idea candidate will:
* Have experience in setting up / opening homes.
* Have experience in ASD / Challenging behaviour.
* Have worked inSenior Management in Children's Social Care for 2 years minimum.
* Preferably have NVQ Level 5.
