Panoramic Care - Head of Education - Cheshire
Panoramic Care are working exclusively with a leading provider of Children's Education and Care on their hunt for a Head of Education for one of their Residential Special Schools based in Cheshire. They are looking for a skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in SEN.
You will be part of the senior leadership team and required to be part of the overall residential school on-call rota. The school caters for children and youngpeople with social and emotional problems. They may also attend because they have ADHD, or other moderate learning difficulties,autism, Asperger's syndrome and communication and sensory difficulties. It is currently sat at circa 35 young people in education with a mix of both day students and residential.
You will be providing professional leadership and management to the education team within the school; responsible for providing and promoting a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the school's work.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
·QTS
·A background in SEN
·Recent, relevant in-service training in current educational practice, including the leadership and management of teaching and learning
·An up to date knowledge and understanding of current education and schools systems
