I am looking forsomeone who has a depth of experience of:
* As a registered care home manager of 65+ bedded home
* In-depth Knowledge of dementia care
* experience of running a home with a 'Good' rating
* In-depth knowledge and experience in embedding change
* Knowledge with CQC Guidelines
My client is looking for an experienced home manager to join their team on an interim bases while they look to recruit for a permanent home manager.
Immediate start for a 3 month duration with possibility of extension.
May be facilities to stay over if necessary.
Day rate of £250 - £300 a day with possibility of some flexibility.
