Panoramic Care - Nursing Home Manager Position
Panoramic Care are currently working with a well established reputable provider of Elderly Nursing and Residential care who are looking for a skilled and committed Registered Manager for one of their sites based in Croydon.
Responsible for the overall management of the 36 bedded nursing home you will also oversee 34 shelteredliving flats attached to the site making sure that the current good standards are maintained and ideally exceeded.
Skills and Qualifications:
·RGN (Active Pin)
·NVQ Level 5 - Leadership and Management
·Registered Manager experience within a similar setting
·"Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes with CQC
·Strong Leadership and Management
