I am looking for an Interim Manager who is immediately available.
You will be joining this residential care home for the elderly on a 3-6 month contract.
The home does not currently have a manager and I am looking for someone who can come in and look at various aspects of care including care planning, compliance and staff recruitment.
you willbe an experienced manager and have an in depth understanding of CQC guidelines and a good track record of managing a compliant home.
