We are pleased to be supporting a Nursing Home based in North London in the recruitment of an Interim Clinical Lead. Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Clinical Lead for their 70 bed home. They need somebody to be very hands on and manage thenursing team. The home is currently in RI so you will also be expected to contribute to the turnaround of the home.
To be considered for the role, you must have the following experience:
- Clinical Lead
- RGN/RMN with active pin
- Experienceof managing nurses
- Nursing home
- Turnaround experience is also preferable
