Panoramic Care have been engaged by a provider of adult social care who are seeking an interim Turnaround Manager to help troubleshoot theirservice in Coventry. This is a 3-6 month contract supporting a Supported Living service for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism.
Key experience:
* Registered Manager
* Turnaround/troubleshooting
* CQC compliance and Quality Assurance
* Taking services out of special measures
Our client is looking for someone who can start in September/early October and is offering a day rate of up to £330 a day.
