Description:
We are looking for Staff that have an open and positive
approach to match the current culture of the workforce and can establish effective communication with the Residents. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high standards of personal care to ensure continuity ofservices to residents as well as assisting residents in their personal care including toileting, cleaning, bathing, dressing andundressing, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals.
The role will involve looking after a wide variety of Individuals ranging from the Elderly to Adults with Learning Disabilities as well as seasonal child care. No PreviousExperience is needed for this position although it would be ideal as we are looking for people with the right attitude rather than the right experience.
The successful Candidate does not have to be a Driver although this is preferred as the role will involve travelling from Location to Location during the working day however the successful candidate must fund their own DBS Check.
In return we able to offer the successful candidate a minimum rate of pay of £8.00 to £8.50 an hour as well as paying forTravel Expenses.
