PCB Care are recruiting our next team of superstars! Are you an experienced Mental Health support worker seeking work across the Birmingham area? If so we are keen to hear from you.
PCB Care currently have arequirement for dedicated and driven care workers to cover a variety of shifts with both full and part time vacancies availablewith shift patterns to suit.
We have assignments available within residential, supported living, as a result we have work to suit those in the sector who are specialists in key areas and specific client groups.
The successful candidate would be accountable for the effective delivery of support services to vulnerable service users with Mental Health concerns, tasks could include service user engagement, promoting independence and supporting those to maintain a health and balanced lifestyle in conjunction with a person centred care plan.
You will have a good level of verbal and written communication and be prepared to attend classroom based training, this is designed to provide the right platform for your future career.
The successful Candidatemust have a minimum of 6 months UK Based Care Experience in a similar setting.
