Keys Skills and Qualifications:
·RGN + Active pin
·Experienced home manager·Managing of 40+ Bed nursing homes
·A good understanding of CQC and experience of managing a home at a good or above CQC rating
·NVQ level 5 (desirable)
·Strong Leadership and Management
