Description:
An exciting Occupational Health Nurse rolehas become available within an established industrial client, whereby the requirement of an experienced RGN is essential in maintaining the health, safety and wellbeing of over 100 technical employees.
Nurses will be required to support with a variety of shifts to include 12 hour days including some Saturdays. Nurses will be paid £18.00 an hour Monday to Friday /£23.94 on Saturdays. Location is Kitts Green, Birmingham.
Primary purpose of the role ;
* Conduct employee health surveillance; to include,pre-employment medicals, audiometry and spirometry, drug and alcohol testing.
* Be a key member of the occupational health team providing a comprehensive healthcare service to all employees of our client
* Must be able to work independently and as partof a team, assist in the clinical function of the occupational health services including health assessment, health surveillanceand health promotion
* Liaising with appropriate healthcare providers.
* Ensuring that all required medicals are up-to-date* Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload
An enhanced DBS is required.
