Panoramic Care are currently supporting a valued client in the search for a Peripatetic Manager for their luxuryprovisions in Somerset.
The peripatetic manager will have in depth experience of managing care homes and have skills that will enable them to work with the CQC efficiently to achieve outcomes. The peripatetic manager will be a confident leader who enjoys a challenge and a constantly changing environment.
The peripatetic manager will understand how to work alongside registeredmanagers to provide support to staff and residents. Ideally the peripatetic manager will have a nursing qualification but a health and social care qualification will also be considered.
The peripatetic manager will be responsible for the collaborationof long term strategic goals for the care homes. They will have exceptional knowledge around preparing for CQC inspections andimproving standards by running audits.

* Registered Nurse or Health and Social Care Qualification
* Experience of Managing a CareHome
* Knowledge of Managing a Nursing and Residential Home
* CQC Compliance and Auditing Skills
* Elderly and Dementia Care Background Desired
