A fantastic vacancy has arisen for areablement support worker to join the lead provider of person-centered domiciliary care in and around the Swindon area.

Our Reablement Support Workers are committed to delivering an excitingand unique support service, focusing on a client's outcomes and what matters to them. There are various shifts which include days and nights.
The Role of a Reablement Support Worker:
A Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential forthis position.
Part Time and Full Hours available, some weekend commitment required.
The role involves supporting individuals in your local community with their independence, dignity and quality of life being of the highest importance. Responsibilities include; personal care, meal preparation, medication and other duties outlined within their personal care plan.
