Panoramic Care are currently working with an established provider of Elderly Care who are currently seeking a Registered Manager for their medium sized care home.
The Registered Manager will have a good track record of good CQC outcomesand have excellent management and leadership skills. The Registered Manager will also have managed medium to large size provisions and have knowledge of working with the elderly and dementia population with a clear passion.
The Registered Manager willbe a dynamic and proactive person with excellent business management skills, this will be marketing the home and keep[ing occupancy at a good level. The Manager will have excellent plans in place to maintain a good CQC and have in depth knowledge of auditing.
