Panoramic Care is currently working with a leading provider within the care industry who is looking for an experienced, Home Managerto join their large sized nursing elderly care home in the Canterbury.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading and managing all aspects of the home to meet CQC requirements and ensure that outstanding care and support is delivered.
They are looking for an individual who has a wealth of experience working within an Elderly care environment, managerialexperience and has the relevant qualifications necessary as well as a clinical background.
Your experience must include:* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management
* Registered Nurse (active pin desirable)
* Elderly care experience* Background of managing large care homes
