Panoramic Care is currently working with a leading provider within the care industry who is looking for an experienced Home Manager tojoin their medium sized 'Good' CQC rated residential elderly care home in Snodland.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading and managing all aspects of the home to meet CQC requirements and ensure that outstanding care and support is delivered.
They are looking for an individual who has a wealth of experience working within an Elderly care environment,managerial experience and has the relevant qualifications necessary.
Your experience must include:
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management
* Elderly care experience
* Background of managing medium sized care homes
