Panoramic Care are currently working with an elderly care provider who are looking for a Registered Manager for their large Residential Home in The Midlands. The provider has a strong heritage in care and aims to provide an environment that supports independence and promotes community.
As the Registered Manager you will report to the Director of Care and be responsible for the provision of person-centred plans for residents through a team of care assistants. You will also be responsible for the line management of the care coordinators and budgetary control of your service.

Requirements & Qualifications:* 3 years of experience in residential care
* Solid understanding of CQC processes
* Proven commercial competence
* NVQ level 5 or equivalent
